Both. We execute fully detailed designer or architect drawings, and we also develop the construction detail when the design intent is set but the constructability needs to be worked out. We collaborate with Izen Architecture, Ali Budd Interiors, and other Toronto firms on detail development.
Yes. We have replicated Georgian, Edwardian, and mid-century architectural details for heritage Toronto homes. Replication starts with profile sampling and approval before fabrication.
Lead times vary by complexity. A coffered ceiling typically runs six to twelve weeks. A custom barrel ceiling or arched system runs eight to sixteen weeks. We confirm dates in writing before drawings go out.
We work with the finishing partners our designers and GCs trust. We coordinate the prep, the staging, and the protection. Finishing happens on site once millwork is installed unless the spec calls for shop finish.
